Sky Concierge Specialist

Power Design is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Sky Concierge Specialist to support private flight operations and corporate headquarters. This versatile role requires a professional who can deliver high-end hospitality services during private aviation missions and provide operational support to our in-house café and business development departments.

Key Responsibilities

In-Flight Services

• Provide exceptional hosting services to ensure a luxurious and comfortable passenger experience.
• Plan and execute in-flight catering, including the preparation and service of gourmet meals and snacks.
• Craft and serve sophisticated cocktails, barista-quality coffee, and tea beverages.
• Anticipate passenger needs while maintaining rigorous customer service standards.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels throughout all phases of flight.
• Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times.

Headquarters Support

• Operate the company in-house café, delivering excellent service to employees and guests.
• Prepare specialty beverages, including coffees, teas, and smoothies, while maintaining a clean café environment.
• Collaborate with the business development team on projects to support company growth.
• Assist various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to acquire new skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a flight attendant or in a high-end hospitality role is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proven proficiency in cocktail preparation and barista techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible travel schedule, including work on weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of business development principles is considered a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain all necessary certifications for in-flight duties.
