Welcome to the Porter Pilot Early Connection Program.
We invite Pilots with 200 hours or more to join our growing recruitment pool. Porter understands it’s a difficult path to navigate your career in aviation. The purpose of this program is to establish an early connection with you as you develop your aviation portfolio to meet our minimum hiring requirements (1000 hours).
To be a part of this program we ask as that you complete the application form below. Once that has been completed we will reach out to you on a quarterly basis. At this time we will invite you to update your profile and celebrate because “you are on your way!”
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Airline Transport Pilot License (Transport Canada) or Integrated Airline Transport Pilot License or Initial Aeroplane Type Rating (IATRA)
* Category I Medical
* Current Instrument Rating
* Minimum 200 hours total time to establish a profile. (Minimum 1000 hours to apply for a First Officer opportunity)
* Aviation College or University Degree is an asset
