Job Summary:
As a Cabin Crew member at PLAY, you will be the face of our company, ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional service on board our modern aircraft. You will play a vital role in providing a positive and memorable travel experience for our passengers, as they journey to destinations across Europe, Africa, and North America.
Essential Qualifications:
- Team player with a positive and outgoing personality: You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English language proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Additional language skills are a valuable asset.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills: You are adept at providing excellent customer service and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability: You are resourceful and adaptable, able to handle various situations with composure and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts: You are comfortable working a flexible shift schedule to accommodate operational needs.
- Passion for travel and meeting new people: You possess a genuine enthusiasm for travel and interacting with diverse individuals.
Key Requirements:
- Punctuality is paramount, as on-time performance directly impacts operations and the passenger experience.
- Successful completion of company-mandated training.
- Passing a comprehensive medical assessment.
- Passing a criminal background check.
- Passing an interview at the US Embassy for a US Visa (applicable for certain routes).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unassisted.
- Date of birth on or before 2005.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Compensation:
Salary and benefits are determined according to the collective agreement between PLAY and ÍFF.
