EASA Flight Instructor (FI, ME, IR) – Pilot Flight Academy
Position Overview
Pilot Flight Academy is actively seeking highly skilled and dedicated candidates to join its instructional team. This pivotal role requires an experienced aviation professional committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and operational excellence while training the next generation of airline pilots. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive flight and ground instruction in accordance with EASA regulations.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Prospective applicants must strictly adhere to the following mandatory technical requirements. Applications lacking these core qualifications will not proceed to the review stage.
- Minimum Total Flight Time: 500 hours.
- License Requirement: A valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL(A)).
- Instructional Ratings: Applicants must possess both a valid Flight Instructor rating for Multi-Engine (FI(A)ME) and an Instrument Rating Instructor rating (FI(A)IR).
- Medical Certification: Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Recency Requirement: Flight experience must be current, with the last flight having occurred within six (6) months preceding the commencement of the FI Advanced UPRT course. A pre-course assessment flight will be administered.
- Type Rating: A specific aircraft type rating is not an initial requirement, as necessary training will be provided by the Academy.

Administrative Conditions
- License Authority: The position is open exclusively to EASA License Holders.
- Residency Requirement: Applicants must possess the full legal right to live and work in Norway.
