Key Role Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following stringent qualifications:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 500 hours of total flight time is required.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful applicants.
- Essential Qualifications: Applicants must hold a valid EASA Commercial Pilot License (CPL(A)) and a valid Flight Instructor (FI(A)ME) and Flight Instructor (FI(A)IR) rating. Please note that applications lacking these fundamental qualifications will not be considered.
- Currency and Assessment: To ensure currency, a pre-course assessment flight will be conducted within the six months preceding the commencement of the FI Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) course.
- Required Licenses: Candidates must possess current licenses including CPL, FI, IR, and ME.
- Licensing Authority: Applicants must hold an EASA license.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: An ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level of 4 or higher is required.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must possess the legal right to live and work in Norway.
- Background Check: A clean criminal record is essential for this position.
