New Product Introduction Pilot Operator

Philips is seeking a dedicated New Product Introduction Pilot Operator to support development projects at the Plymouth, MN facility. This role involves the assembly and processing of development products within a regulated health technology environment, requiring precision and adherence to strict manufacturing standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate specialized development equipment for the purpose of assembling and processing new products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define process procedures and establish process parameters.
  • Measure and accurately record process parameters once established.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation by completing all required entries in the Lot History Record.
  • Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regarding material labeling, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the proper segregation of materials.

Candidate Requirements

  • A High School Diploma is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in a cleanroom production assembly environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the routine use of microscopes.
  • Excellent hand-to-hand and hand-to-eye coordination.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Successful performance of all minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for a production/assembler role.

Employment Logistics

  • Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite). This is an office-based role requiring full-time presence at the facility.
  • Work Authorization: US work authorization is a precondition of employment. Sponsorship for work-authorized visas is not available.
  • Relocation: Company relocation benefits are not provided. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Plymouth, MN.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $20.00 to $26.00. Actual compensation is determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Eligible employees may participate in the Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes:
