Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Chief Pilot, the 705 Training Manager holds a pivotal role in overseeing all training aspects related to 705 aircraft operations. This position is primarily responsible for the comprehensive management of the simulator training program and the facilitation of aircraft training activities within the Training Department, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability are paramount, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The ability to effectively train and develop personnel within the department and a willingness to take initiative for personal and organizational improvements are also key.

Working Conditions

The role requires physical ability to perform all listed job duties and may involve travel by aircraft and other means as necessitated by the role’s requirements. Manual dexterity is required for the use of desktop computers and telephones. The work schedule will be based on training requirements and simulator availability. The Training Manager must be able to attend and conduct presentations and be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
