First Officer - Metro Aircraft

Perimeter Aviation is seeking a dedicated First Officer to operate the Metro aircraft for its Canadian 703/704 operations. This role is based across Winnipeg, MB, Thunder Bay, ON, and Sioux Lookout, ON. The First Officer will support scheduled passenger and freight services, charter operations, and the company's extensive northern aviation network, emphasizing safe flight operations, passenger comfort, and community service.

About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Chief Pilot, the Metro First Officer is instrumental in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of flights. Key responsibilities include conducting flights in strict accordance with operational manuals and regulations, assisting the Pilot-in-Command, performing aircraft inspections, and managing cargo and passenger briefings. This position offers a pathway for career progression, encouraging continuous improvement with the ultimate goal of assuming a Captain role while consistently meeting and exceeding pilot qualification standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
• Category 1 Medical certificate.
• Current Group 1 Instrument Rating.
• Fluency in English with effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Ability to qualify for a Winnipeg Airport Authority RAIC security clearance.
• Physical capability to perform duties, including working in various weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, and traveling extensively.
• Flexibility to work extended and varied schedules.

Qualifications

• 1,000 hours of total flight time (preferred).
