703/704 First Officer
Reporting to the Assistant Chief Pilot, the 703/704 First Officer plays a critical role in transporting passengers annually. The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct each flight with utmost safety, prioritizing passenger comfort and on-time performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct flights in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Canadian Aviation Regulations, Aircraft Flight Manual, and Company Operations Manual.

Assist the Pilot in Command (PIC) in managing and operating the flight, including participation in the execution of all cockpit procedures.

Fuel the aircraft.

Perform thorough pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections on behalf of the Captain.

Load and secure cargo and freight.
-
Brief passengers in accordance with requirements outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures.

Focus on improving flying skills and knowledge with the goal of assuming a Captain position.

Continuously meet and exceed Transport Canada Qualification standards for a Pilot.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.

Commercial Pilot License.

Category 1 Medical certificate.
-
Current Group 1 Instrument Rating.

1000 hours total flight time preferred.

Fluent in English, with the ability to demonstrate effective verbal and listening comprehension.

Ability to qualify for Winnipeg Airport Authority (WAA) Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) security clearance.

Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset.
