Pentastar Aviation is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) to join a two-pilot crew operating under 14 CFR Part 91 regulations. This position involves flying a Challenger 604 based at Oakland County International Airport (PTK) in Waterford, Michigan. The PIC will ensure the safety and efficient operation of the aircraft, adhering to all FAA regulations.
The Pilot in Command is responsible for the safety of passengers and crew, as well as the comfortable and timely operation of the Challenger 604. This role involves ensuring full compliance with FAA Regulations during all flight and ground operations. Responsibilities may include determining flight routes, speeds, and scheduling for optimal fulfillment of requirements. Additional duties may encompass pre-flight planning, aircraft performance calculations, completing recurrent training, and processing expenses when not actively flying. The successful candidate will be expected to fly approximately 300 hours per year and must reside within a two-hour commute of Waterford, MI.
