Qualification

Hold Indonesian DGCA ATPL
Hold a minimum of 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command experience on A320 family
Hold a minimum of 4000 hours total flying time in the airline transport category
Hold a valid class one Medical Certificate
Current Instrument Rating and PPC Airbus Fly by Wire at the time of joining, preferably A320
Proficient in English, equivalent to ICAO English level 4 or above
Indonesian Nationality
Verifiable and stamped logbook
No incident / accident record
No criminal record
Have a Certificate of Employment / Reference Letter.
Flown A320 within the last 12 months would be an advantage
University graduate with a Bachelor Degree would be an advantage
Instructor experience would be an advantage
