Job Summary

PayPal is seeking a professional Lead Corporate Flight Attendant to provide exclusive, high-end cabin service and ensure the safety of passengers on company aircraft. The successful candidate will manage cabin safety and service functions, ranging from gourmet meal preparation to concierge-level support, while operating within an on-call schedule.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight safety inspections of all cabin equipment.
  • Provide bespoke safety briefings and lead emergency procedures, including evacuations, medical emergencies, or ditching protocols.
  • Source, prepare, and plate in-flight meals, managing complex dietary requirements, wine pairings, and local food sourcing in international locations.
  • Curate the cabin environment through personalized amenities and linens to ensure the aircraft is consistently prepared for service.
  • Manage "stock and store" inventories and coordinate with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) for catering, laundry, and cleaning services.
  • Anticipate passenger needs, including ground transportation arrangements and troubleshooting onboard Wi-Fi and entertainment systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in VIP aviation, luxury yachting, or ultra-high-end hospitality.
  • Active First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
  • Active Flight Attendant Emergency Training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety).
  • Valid Passport with no restrictive visas.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role in Northern California is $59.37 – $88.05 hourly. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus or other incentive compensation as applicable. Final compensation will depend on the candidate's location, experience, and expertise.
