- Commuting Options available within the existing airline network (confirmed tickets provided).

Minimum Requirements for B737 MAX First Officer
Candidates must strictly adhere to the following professional and operational criteria:
- A minimum of 2,500 hours total jet time.
- A minimum of 250 hours accumulated on the Boeing 737 NG or MAX aircraft type.
- The last flight on the B737 type must ideally be within the preceding 12 months.
- Possession of a current and valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Possession of a current Class One Medical Certificate, issued by the same civil aviation authority as the ATPL.
- A current and valid B737 NG/MAX Type Rating endorsement.
- The candidate must possess a clean criminal record.
- The candidate must have no verifiable record of Flight accidents or incidents.
Remuneration and Contract Benefits (All figures in NZD)
Salary and Compensation
This contract position includes a highly competitive remuneration package:
- Year 1 Monthly Salary: $10,208
- Year 2 Monthly Salary: $11,125
- Year 3 Monthly Salary: $12,124
- Accommodation Allowance: $2,240 per month.
- Flight Duty Pay: After 12 months of service, pilots receive $10 per hour of flight duty.
- Excess Flying Pay: Flying in excess of 70 block hours per month is compensated at $173 per hour.
Contract Terms and Leave
- Contract Length: Three-year contract, subject to auto-renewal based on performance and company needs.
- Annual Leave: 24 days per annum.
- Sick Leave: 12 days per annum.
Roster and Scheduling
- Standard Rotation: 20 days on duty followed by 10 days off duty (20/10).
- Optional Rotation: 18 days on duty followed by 12 days off duty (utilizing 2 days of annual leave per month).
Travel Benefits
- Staff travel benefits are immediately available from the commencement date for the Pilot, their spouse, and immediate dependents.
- Additional limited wider staff travel benefits are also available.
