Position Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flights from planning through termination.

Ensure strict compliance with all applicable FARs, TSA, and DOT regulations, as well as company policies.

Perform all assigned duties in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct preflight inspections of all cabin emergency equipment as outlined in the Inflight Manual.

Report mechanical discrepancies to the Captain promptly.

Advocate for passenger safety by clearly communicating relevant perceptions to the Captain.

Maintain high standards of crew coordination, professionalism, and customer service.

Complete all required records and reports accurately.

Participate in the company’s Security and Safety Management System (SMS).

Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company efficiency.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

College education or at least two years of customer service experience.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Minimum age of 20 years.

Ability to relocate or commute to the assigned domicile.

Height requirements: Minimum 5 ft 2 in and maximum 6 ft (with shoes).

Possession of a valid US or foreign passport with applicable visas.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The work environment consists primarily of an airplane cabin. The role requires the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. Employees must regularly use their hands to handle equipment and possess clear verbal communication skills. All applicants must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) and a pre-employment drug screen.
