Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations from planning through termination.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable FARs, TSA, and DOT regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all assigned duties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct preflight inspections of cabin emergency equipment per the Inflight Manual.
  • Identify and report mechanical discrepancies to the Captain promptly.
  • Actively communicate perceptions regarding passenger safety to the Captain.
  • Maintain a high standard of crew coordination, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Complete all required records and reports accurately.
  • Uphold the company’s Security and Safety Management System (SMS) protocols.
  • Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College education or a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Minimum age of 20 years.
  • Ability to relocate or commute to the assigned domicile.
  • Physical height requirements: Minimum 5 ft. 2 in. and maximum 6 ft. 0 in. (with shoes).
  • Possession of a valid U.S. or foreign passport with applicable visas.
  • Proof of authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role operates primarily within an aircraft cabin. While certain tasks are sedentary, the role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Employees must be able to reach with hands and arms, use hands to feel or handle equipment, and possess clear verbal communication skills. All candidates must successfully pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) and a pre-employment drug screen.
