Position Summary: Flight Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations from planning through termination.

Ensure compliance with all applicable FARs, TSA, and DOT regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Perform all assigned duties in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct thorough preflight inspections of all cabin emergency equipment in accordance with the Inflight Manual.

Promptly report any mechanical discrepancies to the Captain.

Advocate clearly and directly to the Captain regarding any safety concerns related to passenger well-being.

Maintain high standards of crew coordination, professionalism, and cordiality at all times.

Complete all necessary records and reports as required.

Contribute to the Company’s Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management outputs.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support department and company operations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

College education or a minimum of two years of customer service experience.

Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Minimum age of 20 years.

Ability to relocate or commute to an assigned domicile.

Physical stature requirements: Minimum height of 5'2" and maximum height of 6'0" (measured with shoes).

Possession of a valid US or foreign passport with applicable VISAs.

Must demonstrate authorization to work in the United States upon hiring.

Must successfully pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209 and a pre-employment drug screen.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position operates primarily in an aircraft environment. While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
