Flight Attendant
PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines, is seeking a professional Flight Attendant to join our team. As a cornerstone of our flight operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers while upholding the high standards of “The PSA Way.”
Position Summary
The Flight Attendant contributes to PSA Airlines’ business growth by facilitating safe and efficient flight operations. You will provide exceptional customer service in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flights from planning through termination.

Ensure strict compliance with all applicable FARs, TSA, DOT regulations, and company policies.

Perform all duties assigned by the company or the Captain in a timely and accurate manner.

Conduct preflight inspections of all cabin emergency equipment as outlined in the Inflight Manual.

Promptly report mechanical discrepancies to the Captain and provide clear advocacy regarding passenger and cabin safety.

Maintain a high degree of crew coordination, professionalism, and efficiency at all times.

Complete all required records and reports accurately.

Actively participate in the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS).
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

College education or a minimum of two years of customer service experience.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Minimum age of 20 years.

Ability to relocate or commute to the assigned domicile.

Height requirements: Minimum 5 ft. 2 in. and maximum 6 ft. 0 in. (with shoes).

Must possess a valid US or foreign passport with applicable VISAs.

Must demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role operates primarily within an aircraft cabin. Essential physical requirements include regular speaking and hearing, as well as the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and reach. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and utilize standard office equipment when necessary.
