Eligibility Requirements
- Possession of a Private Pilot Certificate.
- Current enrollment as a flight student or active Certified Flight Instructor (CFI).
- No more than three check ride failures.

- Ability to obtain:
- First Class Medical Certificate
- Valid Passport
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
