Captain - Air Ambulance
PAL Aerospace, a leader in global special mission aviation with over 50 years of experience, is seeking experienced Captains to join our Air Ambulance team. Based in St. John’s and Goose Bay, with the ability to position from Gander or Deer Lake, our pilots play a critical role in providing life-saving medical transport services across Newfoundland and Labrador operating the King Air 350.
Position Overview
Successful candidates will join a dedicated team of professionals providing end-to-end mission solutions. As a Captain, you will be responsible for upholding our high standards of safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 500 hours multi-engine Pilot in Command (PIC) time.

Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot License.

Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating.

Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical.

Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).

Current passport at time of hire.

Ability to travel to the United States without restrictions.

High school diploma.

Meet Transport Canada English proficiency standards.

Flexibility to work all shifts, including adapting to fluctuations in shift times due to operational requirements.
