Captain - Force Multiplier

Force Multiplier (FM), a division of PAL Aerospace, a leader in international aerospace and defence, seeks a highly qualified Captain to join its world-class team. FM operates modified, maintained, and owned intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft from bases in Newfoundland and Nova Scotia, Canada. The successful candidate will serve as a rotational crew member aboard DHC-8 special-mission aircraft. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a motivated team of professionals, delivering mission-critical results for military, government, and civilian clients globally. The position offers the unique opportunity to travel to and from the aircraft base of operations without permanent relocation. Responsibilities:

• Participate in rotational crew duties on DHC-8 special-mission aircraft.
• Operate independently and within a team to achieve mission objectives.
• Maintain a high level of readiness for operations in Canada and internationally.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• 4000 hours Total Time (500 hours minimum on DHC-8).
• 1500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Dash 8 or similar aircraft.
• 1000 hours Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) or Special Missions Experience.
• Must be able to obtain required security clearances.
• Must have the ability to travel frequently, including international travel.
• Must be able to participate in rotations as required.
• Military experience is considered an asset.
