Phenom 100 First Officer Position - Tulsa, OK
This is a full-time opportunity for a Part 135 Phenom 100 First Officer based in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of business aviation. They will demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively with pilots, principals, and other team members, and possess extensive experience in aviation. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely plan and operate owner and charter trips under applicable regulations.
- Operate the aircraft in accordance with company manuals, operations specifications, aircraft limitations, and all applicable federal laws and regulations.
- Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, as delegated by the PIC.
- Assist the PIC in all required pre and post-flight duties.
- Travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Position: Second in Command
- Location: Tulsa, OK
- License: Commercial/ Multi/ Instrument
- Total Flight Time: 1300 hours
- Pilot in Command: 500 hours
- Jet Time: Preferred
- Multi-Engine: 100 hours
- Actual Instrument: 100 hours
Requirements:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- First Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.
- Excellent organizational and computer skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Ability to easily adapt to change and new technology.
- Goal-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a ten-year Background/Criminal/OMV/Drug Screen.
The successful candidate will become part of a four-pilot team working an 8/6 schedule (scheduled 30+ days in advance) and fly approximately 300 hours per year. A strong work ethic and commitment to detail are essential.
