Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Ocean Aviation requires highly motivated applicants who are prepared to commence work immediately. Minimum required qualifications are as follows:
- The applicant must possess a current Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- The applicant must hold a current Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate.
- Pilot certification and medical status must be current and valid.
Desired Qualifications
While not strictly mandatory, candidates possessing the following credentials will be highly regarded:
- Instrument Instructor (CFII) certificate.
- Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) certificate.
- Prior experience instructing within an FAA Part 141 regulated flight school environment. (Note: Ocean Aviation is prepared to offer comprehensive training for qualified candidates lacking specific Part 141 experience.)
Compensation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: A competitive hourly wage ranging from $35.00 to $45.00 per hour.
