Chief Flying Instructor / Head of Part 141 Operations

About Us:

Oberon Aviation Services is a long-established aviation business base in Albury, NSW and has a full-time position available for a Head of Operations to lead our growing flying school. Applications will be confidential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Total Flight time: Excess of 3000 hours
• Current CPL
• Class 1 Medical
• Current Multi-Engine IPC
• Current Flight Instructor Rating with Grade 1 Endorsement.
• Total Instructional Flight Time: 1,500 hours of which more than 500 hours should be ab initio and 100 hours multi engine training.
• Night VFR Training Approval
• FIR Training Experience

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous CFI (HOO) Approval.
• Multi Engine Class Training Approval
• Instrument training approval
• Low Level Training Approval
• Tail wheel Training Approval
• GTE
• Flight Examiner Rating, any, or all the following RPL, PPL, NVFR, CPL, LLA, MECIR and FIR.
