About the Role
OSM Aviation Academy is seeking dedicated Flight Instructors to join their Career Program at their Arendal, Västerås location. This role offers significant opportunities for professional development as both a pilot and an instructor, with clear pathways for internal upgrades and opportunities with partner airlines such as Norwegian. The academy is open to candidates with or without an existing Flight Instructor (FI(A)) rating, and various financing options, including sponsored training, are available.
