Flight Instructor
OSM Aviation Academy, a premier institution dedicated to professional aviation training, is actively seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and dedicated Flight Instructor (FI) to join its esteemed team.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of aviation professionals. This position involves delivering comprehensive, high-quality flight and ground instruction to students across various stages of their training, fostering their development into competent and safety-conscious pilots. The Flight Instructor is expected to cultivate a dynamic and supportive learning environment, working collaboratively with both students and colleagues to achieve exceptional educational outcomes and uphold the rigorous safety standards synonymous with OSM Aviation Academy.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- License & Ratings: Applicants must hold a valid EASA Flight Instructor (FI) License, a Frozen ATPL, an Instrument Rating (IR), and a Multi-Engine (ME) rating.
- Medical Certification: A current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency at ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher is required.
- Type Rating: A specific type rating is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided by OSM Aviation Academy.
- Visa Sponsorship: Please note that visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Vaccination status is not specified as a requirement for this role.
