Professional Aviation Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified aviation professional to join our flight operations team. This role requires an experienced pilot with extensive flight time and a strong background in corporate aviation.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of professional aviation experience.

Current FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License.

Minimum of 4,000 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 2,000 hours Pilot in Command.

Minimum of 1,000 hours of jet experience.

Minimum of 500 hours in a multi-crew cockpit environment.

Proven experience within a corporate flight department.

Experience with super mid-size or large jet aircraft and international flight operations.

Current FAA First Class Medical certificate.

Ability to legally cross international borders.

Clean safety record with no incidents or accidents under the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).

No criminal convictions that would prevent the holding of a driver’s license or an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).

Currency or experience on the Citation Sovereign is considered beneficial.
Compensation
The salary range for this position in Illinois is $133,700 – $209,990. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skill set, professional experience, training, licensure, certifications, work location, and broader business and organizational requirements. Final salary and benefits may vary based on location.
