Cabin Crew Member - Stockholm

Norwegian is currently seeking permanent Cabin Crew members to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive training course scheduled between November and February.

Role Overview

The Cabin Crew role is multifaceted, requiring individuals to serve as safety professionals, service providers, and support for passengers. Candidates must be prepared for a demanding, fast-paced environment involving shift work, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays. Successful applicants will receive official certification and join a professional team dedicated to passenger safety and excellence.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 20 years.
  • Must be taller than 160 cm or able to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
  • Proficiency in swimming.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Scandinavian language fluency is preferred.
  • Hold a European unrestricted passport allowing visa-free travel.
  • Possess a valid work permit for Sweden.
  • Must have a clean criminal record and successfully pass a drug and alcohol screening.
  • Hold a valid medical certificate or be able to obtain one.
  • Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is preferred.
  • Education: Completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track) or equivalent level; relevant service experience may be considered as a substitute.
  • Residential requirement: Must live within 90 minutes of the Stockholm base or be willing to relocate.
  • Grooming standards: No tattoos on face or neck. Tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.

Required Qualifications Upon Selection

To finalize the hiring process, candidates must obtain the following:

  • Approved medical certificate, including successful completion of intoxication and alcohol testing.
  • Approved background check for the issuance of an airport admission card.
  • Successful completion of the Norwegian cabin crew training course.
