Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses confidence, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excels in communication and presentation skills, engaging both customers and colleagues.
- Effectively plans and organizes while adapting to changing priorities and thinking on their feet.
- Demonstrates reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Available to work full-time hours on an irregular schedule.
- Possesses a dynamic and resilient nature with a strong work ethic.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Minimum height of 160 cm (or able to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes).
- Ability to swim.
- Clean criminal record.
- Unrestricted passport allowing visa-free entry to Norwegian destinations.
- Valid working permit in the country of application.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with preferred proficiency in a Scandinavian language.
- Residence within 90 minutes of the Riga base or willingness to relocate.
- Preferred holding of a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
- Valid medical certificate (for prior experience) or ability to obtain one.
- Drug and alcohol test will be conducted prior to hiring.
Safety Requirements:
- Approved medical certificate including intoxication/alcohol test.
- Approved background check for admission card.
- Successful completion of the required training course.
