Norwegian Air is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join its Cabin Crew team based in Riga, Latvia. Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, reliability, and resilience are essential. Candidates must also demonstrate:

• Ability to work irregular hours
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum age: 20 years
• Minimum height: 160 cm (ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes)
• Swimming proficiency
• Clean criminal record
• Unrestricted passport allowing visa-free travel to Norwegian destinations
• Valid work permit for Latvia
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Scandinavian language proficiency preferred
• Residence within 90 minutes of Riga or willingness to relocate
• Cabin Crew Attestation/CCA (preferred)
• Valid medical certificate (or ability to obtain one)
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Safety Requirements:

• Successful completion of a medical examination, including alcohol and intoxication testing.
• Successful background check for security clearance.
• Successful completion of the mandatory training course.
