About the Role
Northrop Grumman seeks a Pilot for its San Diego, CA (MYF) location. The selected candidate will operate company-owned King Air 350 aircraft on scheduled Part 91 employee shuttle flights, Monday through Friday. This position offers the benefit of being home most nights, with weekends off and an advanced one-month work schedule. Relocation assistance may be available.
Requirements

Possession of an airline transport pilot license with multi-engine and instrument ratings.

Successful completion of a Class 1 physical examination.

Ability to pass FAA examinations and flight proficiency tests.

An FAA pilot record check and security background check will be conducted.

Participation in an FAA-approved drug and alcohol screening program is mandatory.

Residence or willingness to relocate within a 1.0-hour driving time from the base airport.
Qualifications for Pilot 2

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of aviation experience OR High School Diploma and 6 years of aviation experience.

Must have passed the ATP written test and meet FAA requirements to obtain an ATP certificate.

Possession of an FAA multi-engine certificate and a Class 1 medical certificate with no waivers.
Qualifications for Pilot 3

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of aviation experience OR High School Diploma and 9 years of aviation experience.

Minimum flight experience: 3000 hours total fixed-wing, 1000 hours multi-engine, and 500 hours turbine.

Possession of an FAA multi-engine ATP certificate and a Class 1 medical certificate with no waivers.
