Captain - Private Aviation

The Captain will operate flights under both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand, ensuring the seamless execution of missions while maintaining full compliance with FAA regulations related to flight operations, duty hours, and pilot qualifications. The Captain will follow company procedures for reporting any discrepancies with the aircraft during flight or ground operations and will be responsible for completing administrative tasks as assigned by company management.
Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers a salary range of $115,000.00 to $200,000.00 annually, with competitive pay and incentives, including:
- Base pay of $115,000 with total compensation of up to $200,000.
- Home based position for pilots within two hours of major airports east of Texas.
- Scheduled Day Off (SDO): $800 for SIC, $1,150 for PIC.
- Holiday Pay: $800.
- Domestic Per Diem: $75; International Per Diem: $120.
- Additional roles (e.g., Standardization Captain, Instructor) offer bonuses up to $20,000.

PIC Minimum Requirements:
- 3,000 Total Time
- 2,500 PIC Time
- 50+ hours of Multi-Engine Time
- Current 1st Class Medical
- Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License

- No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
- Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
