Northern Jet, a distinguished private aviation company with over 25 years of experience, seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Captain to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver personalized luxury travel experiences, prioritizing safety, convenience, and quality. The successful candidate will operate a fleet of over 40 jets, within a company holding an ARGUS Platinum safety rating.

The Captain will be responsible for operating flights under both Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand, ensuring the seamless execution of missions, while maintaining full compliance with FAA regulations. The Captain will adhere to company procedures for reporting any aircraft discrepancies and will be responsible for completing administrative tasks as assigned.

They offer an average annual total compensation of up to $200,000, along with daily and annual pay incentives. Scheduled Day Off compensation is $800 for Second in Command (SIC) and $1,150 for Pilot in Command (PIC). Holiday pay is $800, and per diem is $75 for domestic and $120 for international travel. Pilots must reside within two hours of MKE.

A 14 days on, 7 days off schedule with a dedicated in-house pilot concierge service is provided. Aircraft are grounded on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, and Easter.

Northern Jet offers a comprehensive training program and a PIC Bridge Program to transition SICs into PIC roles, with pay increases during the program, as well as additional incentives for leadership and training roles. Other benefits include company-provided uniforms and Known Crew Member (KCM) access.

PIC Minimum Requirements:

  • 3,000 Total Time
  • 2,500 PIC Time
  • 50+ hours of Multi-Engine Time
  • Current 1st Class Medical
  • Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot License

Other Requirements:

  • No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years.
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures, including operations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
