North Central Aviation Seeks Citation XL/XLS+ Captain
North Central Aviation, an established aircraft management and charter company based in the vibrant Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Citation XL/XLS+ Captain to join their team.
Position Overview:
The selected candidate will take primary responsibility for piloting a Citation XL/XLS+ under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. Ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all flight operations, the Captain will adhere to the highest standards set forth by North Central Aviation's General Operations Manual and the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct meticulous pre-flight planning, including route analysis, weather assessment, and aircraft performance calculations.
- File accurate and timely flight plans.
- Maintain constant situational awareness, diligently monitoring weather conditions and making informed decisions to ensure a safe and comfortable flight experience.
- Manage all aspects of flight operations, demonstrating exceptional aeronautical skills and sound judgment.
- Collaborate effectively with ground crew and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, consistently demonstrating exceptional communication skills and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Contribute to maintaining the pristine condition of the aircraft.
Qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- 3000 hours of total flight time.
- 250 hours in type preferred.
- Successful completion of a Citation XL/XLS/XLS+ training program within the last 36 months.
- Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
