- Type Rating: A type rating is not a mandatory prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided to successful applicants.
- Required Licenses: Candidates must possess a Frozen ATPL, Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC), Multi-Engine (ME) rating, and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).

- Medical Certification: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP): A minimum ICAO ELP level of 4 is necessary.
