Nolinor Aviation is seeking a Captain to operate the Boeing 737-200 aircraft. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic aviation environment and take on new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Operate the aircraft in strict adherence to Transport Canada regulations, manufacturer standards, and Nolinor directives.
- Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of all passengers throughout each flight.
- Oversee and ensure all crew members perform their duties professionally and effectively during flight operations.
- Actively participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
- Perform other duties as assigned and outlined in the Company Operations Manual.
- Conduct line checks and provide line training as required.
- Contribute to the updating of aircraft procedures and manuals.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
- Hold a valid passport.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with the capacity to cultivate robust client relationships.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a variable work schedule.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear communication with passengers and stakeholders.
