The Pilot is integral to the aviation department, primarily accountable for participating as a flight crew member in the safe and proficient in-flight operation of the company’s aircraft. This professional is also responsible for diligently executing all assigned pre-flight and post-flight preparations, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital member of the flight crew, prioritizing absolute commitment to safety in all aspects of operations.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to the safe and efficient functioning of the Aviation Department.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to flight training standards and required operational manuals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all FAA-required logs and documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating proven skills in teamwork and cockpit resource management.
  • Exhibit a high degree of focus on customer service, integrity, and personal accountability.
  • Undertake assigned ancillary projects to support departmental goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time.
  • Possession of a Multi-engine Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating.
  • Ability to maintain an FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background security check.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Required to establish residence within the assigned district.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree from a four-year college, or equivalent combination of related seminars, classroom training, and experience.
  • Current CL-604 "CL605" type rating is preferred; relevant experience is highly desired.
  • Experience in international flight operations is desired.
