As a member of our Cabin Crew, you will deliver exceptional inflight service experiences and ensure the highest level of on-board safety and care for our customers on both the Fokker 100 aircraft and the Airbus 320. Before you fly, you will also receive comprehensive training to ensure your confidence in managing emergency situations and understanding aircraft procedures.

Role Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate passion and pride in consistently delivering exceptional customer service
• Anticipate customer needs and take responsibility in following policies and procedures
• Offer a caring approach to nervous flyers and respect cultural and linguistic diversities
• Adhere to the relevant training requirements of the role and pass all training assessments
• Build rapport with team members and contribute positively to the team’s performance
• Maintain personal grooming requirements and ensure all areas of the cabin are clean

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Height between 163cm - 183cm
• A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Excellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water
• Right to work in Australia without restriction or sponsorship
