Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
- Providing exceptional service to NetJets Owners and passengers, including pre-flight greetings, briefings, itinerary verification, weather updates, and safety instructions.
- Delivering in-flight service, including the responsible handling of alcohol and catering services.
- Loading and stowing baggage appropriately.
- Managing flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke, while adhering to safety and service standards.
- Acting as the final authority on the aircraft concerning all operational aspects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.
- Serving as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets, from arrival at the FBO to safe arrival at the final destination.
- Communicating maintenance discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
- Completing necessary paperwork related to maintenance issues.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam completion.
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating (IAW 61.160).
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Flight time requirements:
- 1,500 hours total flight time experience; or
- 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate; or
- 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification; or
- 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- 200 hours cross-country flight time (>50 nm).
- 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
- Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Ability to work varying hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty at all times.
- Ability to endure duty days lasting up to fourteen hours for up to eight consecutive days, potentially spanning different time zones and extreme weather conditions.
- Willingness to be away from home for seven or more days and nights, staying in hotels.
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
- Valid State driver’s license.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
- Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Ability to work around animals.
- Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.

Base Salary Range:
$86,015 – $117,706
