The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing a superior and safe air transportation experience for NetJets Owners and passengers. As an ambassador for NetJets, the Pilot delivers exceptional service while operating the world's largest and most diverse private jet fleet, flying influential individuals to desirable destinations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, the NetJets Flight Operations Manual, Aircraft Operating Manual, and Standard Operating Practices.
- Greets Owners/passengers pre-flight, provides introductions, and briefs them on flight specifics, including itinerary verification, weather updates, and safety information.
- Delivers in-flight service, including the responsible handling of alcohol and catering services.
- Loads and properly stows baggage on the aircraft.
- Accommodates flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
- Acts as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance.
- Serves as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO to safe arrival at their final destination.
- Communicates maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets via the aircraft Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
- Completes all necessary paperwork related to maintenance issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam completion.
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Flight Time Requirements:
- 1,500 hours total flight time experience or
- 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate or
- 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or
- 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate
- 200 hours cross-country ( >50 nm) flight time.
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with >=45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
- Valid passport with no travel restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty at all times.
- Ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Valid State driver’s license.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
- Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
- Ability to work around animals and accommodate Owner preferences, including those who smoke.

Base Salary Range:
$86,015 – $117,706
