NetJets Pilot
NetJets, the global leader in private aviation for over 60 years, seeks a dedicated and service-oriented Pilot to join its esteemed team. The Pilot is the face of NetJets, responsible for ensuring a superior and safe air transportation experience for every NetJets Owner and passenger. The Pilot is accountable for the safe operation of the aircraft, adhering to FAA guidelines, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) checklists, the NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) from taxi to take-off to landing on each flight. He greets Owners/passengers pre-flight, making introductions and briefing them on the flight, verifying the itinerary, providing weather updates and safety briefings, and explaining any changes to the itinerary.
The Pilot delivers in-flight service as needed, including handling alcohol and serving catering. He loads and properly stows baggage on the aircraft. He handles and conducts flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
The Pilot acts as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance. He serves as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets, from arrival at the FBO until safe arrival at the final destination.
The Pilot communicates maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets via the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Controller and completes associated paperwork.
