Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, adhering to all FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and NetJets procedures.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, greeting Owners and passengers, delivering briefings, and catering to their needs.
  • Manages in-flight service, including the handling of catering and alcoholic beverages, as required.
  • Loads and stows baggage correctly.
  • Conducts flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
  • Acts as the final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Serves as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO to departure at the final destination.
  • Communicates any maintenance issues to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center and completes related paperwork.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam completion.
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Must meet one of the following flight time requirements: 1,500 hours total flight time, 1,250 hours with university R-ATP certificate, 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
  • 200 hours cross-country flight time.
  • 250 hours fixed-wing pilot-in-command time.
  • 100 hours of night flying or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
  • 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
  • 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel without restriction.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including day, night, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to manage rest effectively to be prepared for flight duty.
  • Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration background screening and secure necessary security badges.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Service-oriented, with a neat and well-groomed appearance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work around animals and conduct flights for Owners who smoke.

Base Salary Range:

$69,932 - $95,696.
