Purpose of the Position:
The Pilot is responsible for delivering a superior air transportation experience with an unwavering commitment to safety on every flight. Serving as the face of NetJets, they will provide technically proficient and safe air transport while also delivering exceptional service to owners and passengers.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the aircraft from taxi to takeoff and landing in compliance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
- Greet Owners/passengers pre-flight, providing introductions and briefings on flight specifics.
- Verify itinerary and provide weather and safety updates.
- Offer in-flight service including handling of alcohol and serving catering.
- Load and properly stow baggage on the aircraft.
- Manage flights for owners with pets and those who smoke.
- Act as the final authority on their aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance.
- Liaise between owners/passengers and NetJets from FBO arrival to final destination.
- Report all maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
- Complete all required paperwork associated with maintenance issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs):
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Flight Time Requirements: 1,500 total hours, 1,250 hours with a university R-ATP certificate, 1,000 hours with a military pilot qualification, or 1,000 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- 200 hours cross-country flight time.
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
- 100 hours of night flying (or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings).
- 75 hours of instrument time.
- ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
- Valid passport with no international travel restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work varied hours (days, nights, weekdays, weekends, holidays).
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Ability to manage rest for flight duty.
- Willingness to be away from home for multiple days and nights.
- Ability to obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration background screening.
- Valid State driver’s license.
- Fluency in English.
- Service-oriented with a professional appearance.
- Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure.
- Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with close attention to detail.
- Ability to occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force, frequently up to 30 pounds, and constantly up to 10 pounds.

Base Salary Range:
$69,932 – $95,696
