Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Greet owners and passengers pre-flight, providing introductions, briefings on flight details, weather updates, and safety protocols.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight service, including handling of beverages and catering.
- Manage the loading and proper stowage of baggage.
- Conduct flights for passengers with pets and those who smoke, as required.
- Serve as the final authority on all operational aspects of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO to safe arrival at their final destination.
- Communicate maintenance issues and discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center.
- Complete necessary paperwork related to maintenance discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written examination completed.
- FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- At least 21 years of age.
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time, or 1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or 1,000 hours with a military pilot qualification, or 1,000 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- 200 hours of cross-country flight time.
- 250 hours of fixed-wing pilot-in-command time.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with 45 or more night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
- 50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
- Valid passport with no international travel restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- Ability to work varying hours, including day and night shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to rapid changes.
- Ability to manage rest effectively for flight duty.
- Ability to secure airport authority and US Customs security badges.
- Pass a Transportation Security Administration background screening.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to make quick and accurate decisions with attention to detail.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, frequently lift up to 30 pounds, and constantly lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to work around animals and conduct flights for owners who smoke.

Base Salary Range:
$69,932 - $95,696
