Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe operation of aircraft, adhering to FAA guidelines, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
  • Greet Owners and passengers pre-flight, provide introductions, brief them on flight specifics, verify itineraries, provide weather updates, and conduct safety briefings.
  • Deliver in-flight service, including handling alcohol and catering service as required.
  • Load and properly stow baggage on the aircraft.
  • Conduct flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
  • Act as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO until safe arrival at the final destination.
  • Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
  • Complete all necessary paperwork associated with maintenance issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam completed.
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
  • Meet FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate requirements with multi-engine rating, including age and flight time.
  • Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 with appropriate university R-ATP or 1,000 hours with military qualification, or 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP.
  • 200 hours cross-country flight time.
  • 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command time.
  • 100 hours of night flying or 75 hours with ≥ 45 night takeoffs and landings.
  • 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
  • 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Exceptional flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid changes.
  • Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty.
  • Ability to secure airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.
  • Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
  • Valid State driver’s license.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with attention to detail.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to work around animals.

Base Salary Range:

$69,932 - $95,696
