NetJets is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Pilot to ensure the safe and exceptional air transportation experience for its valued Owners and passengers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate aircraft safely, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
  • Greet Owners/passengers pre-flight, provide introductions and briefings, verify itineraries, provide weather updates, and explain any itinerary changes.
  • Deliver in-flight service, including the handling of alcohol and the service of catering.
  • Load and stow baggage appropriately.
  • Conduct flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
  • Serve as the final authority regarding all aspects of aircraft operation and compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.
  • Act as a liaison for Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO until departure from the final FBO.
  • Communicate any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets via the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
  • Complete all required paperwork associated with maintenance issues.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Restricted ATP, or eligibility for these certifications with multi-engine rating.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • 1,500 hours total flight time or meet the reduced hours criteria for R-ATP certification (1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate; 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.)
  • 200 hours cross-country flight time.
  • 250 hours fixed-wing pilot-in-command time.
  • 100 hours of night flying or 75 hours with a minimum of 45 night takeoffs and landings.
  • 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated, excludes simulator).
  • Completed ATP written exam.
  • 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
  • Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty at all times.
  • Ability to manage duty lasting for up to fourteen hours a day for up to eight days while traveling through different time zones and weather patterns, while staying in hotels for seven or more nights while on duty.
  • Ability to obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
  • Pass a Transportation Security Administration background screening.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Service-oriented, with a neat, well-groomed appearance and demonstrated ability to interact with passengers positively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
  • Ability to work around animals.
  • Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.
