Responsibilities:
The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, adhering to all FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets operating manuals, and standard operating procedures. The individual will greet passengers, provide pre-flight briefings, and ensure their comfort throughout the journey. In-flight service, including catering and the handling of alcoholic beverages, is also a requirement. The Pilot will be responsible for loading and stowing baggage, and must be prepared to accommodate passengers with pets or those who smoke. This role requires the ability to act as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory guidance. The Pilot also serves as a liaison between passengers and NetJets from initial arrival at the FBO through final destination, and must promptly communicate any maintenance issues through the appropriate channels, completing necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, Restricted ATP, or ability to meet those requirements, with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time, or reduced hours with specific university or military pilot qualifications.
- 200 hours of cross-country flight time.
- 250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with a minimum of 45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time.
- Completion of ATP written exam prior to Indoctrination Training.
- 50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty, with potential tours of up to 14 hours daily for up to 8 days.
- Ability to secure airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and service-oriented skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make rapid, accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, or 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
- Ability to work around animals and conduct flights for passengers who smoke.
Base Salary Range:
$69,932 - $95,696.
