NetJets seeks a highly skilled and service-oriented Pilot to ensure the safe and exceptional air transportation of its valued Owners and passengers. The successful candidate will serve as a NetJets ambassador, commanding a diverse private jet fleet and delivering unparalleled service to discerning clientele across the globe. This role requires a commitment to safety, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to dynamic operational environments.

The Pilot is responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft throughout all phases of flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and NetJets' operational procedures. This includes pre-flight greetings and briefings for Owners/passengers, in-flight service, and the proper handling of baggage. The Pilot acts as a liaison for Owners/passengers and NetJets, ensuring a seamless travel experience from arrival at the FBO to final destination. They will communicate any maintenance needs to the Maintenance Control Center and complete necessary paperwork.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma, a written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, and a First Class Medical Certificate. Additional requirements include: FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meeting R-ATP criteria; at least 21 years of age with specified flight hour requirements (1,500 total, or reduced hours with applicable university or military credentials); 200 hours cross-country flight time, 250 hours fixed-wing PIC, 100 hours of night flying (or 75 with specific takeoff/landing qualifications), 75 hours of instrument time, a completed ATP written exam, 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine time, a current FAA First-Class Medical certificate, and an FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit. Additionally, the candidate must have a valid passport, authorization to work in the U.S., the ability to travel internationally, and be able to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role also requires adaptability to rapid changes, the ability to manage rest, the ability to pass TSA background screening, a valid state driver’s license, fluent English language skills, service orientation with excellent communication skills, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, and the ability to lift and move objects. Candidates should be comfortable working around animals and serving passengers who smoke.

NetJets is looking for candidates who demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, a drive for positive results, a service-oriented mindset, and curiosity. The base salary range is $69,932 - $95,696, with potential for overtime, shift differential, quarterly, and annual bonuses depending on the position.
