This position entails responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, adhering to FAA regulations, OEM checklists, and NetJets' operational procedures. The Pilot will greet and brief passengers, provide in-flight service, and manage baggage loading. They will act as the final authority on the aircraft and serve as a liaison between passengers and NetJets. Furthermore, the Pilot will be responsible for reporting maintenance discrepancies.

Minimum qualifications include a written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or meeting the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) with multi-engine rating; being at least 21 years of age; possessing a minimum of 1,000-1,500 hours of total flight time based on specific qualifications; 200 hours of cross-country flight time; 250 hours fixed-wing PIC; 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with certain night takeoffs and landings; 75 hours of instrument time; 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time; a current FAA First-Class Medical certificate; a FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit; a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions. The applicant must also have authorization to work in the U.S., the ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays, must be flexible, and must have the ability to manage their rest for flight duties. They must be able to secure necessary security badges, pass a background screening, and possess a valid state driver’s license, in addition to being able to read, write, speak, and understand English. The successful candidate will be service-oriented with excellent communication skills, and will be capable of making quick and accurate decisions. This position may require the handling of animals and conducting flights for passengers who smoke.
Base salary ranges from $69,932 to $95,696. Additional benefits include paid time off, disability programs, commuter benefits, and company-paid life insurance. Furthermore, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential pay, and bonuses.
