Aviation Pilot – NetJets

Purpose of Position:

The Pilot is responsible for delivering a superior air transportation experience characterized by an unwavering commitment to safety and exceptional passenger service. The Pilot serves as a NetJets ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of aircraft, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manuals (AOMs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Professional pre-flight interaction with Owners/passengers, including itinerary review, weather updates, and safety briefings.
• Provision of in-flight service, including catering and the responsible handling of alcohol (as applicable).
• Safe loading and stowage of baggage and handling of pet and smoking passenger accommodations.
• Exercise of final authority regarding aircraft operation, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Acting as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets, from arrival at the FBO to departure from the final destination.
• Prompt reporting of maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
• Accurate completion of all associated paperwork for maintenance issues.

Base Salary Range:

$69,932 - $95,696
