Pilot Responsibilities
NetJets pilots are more than just skilled aviators; they are ambassadors of the brand, providing exceptional service to every NetJets Owner and passenger. Their duties encompass:
- Ensuring safe and efficient flight operations: Pilots are responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, takeoff, and landing, adhering to all FAA guidelines, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
- Delivering a premium passenger experience: Pilots are the face of NetJets, responsible for creating a seamless and luxurious travel experience for every Owner and passenger. This includes greeting passengers pre-flight, providing flight briefings, and offering in-flight service as required.
- Maintaining communication and reporting: Pilots act as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets, ensuring smooth communication throughout the journey. They are also responsible for reporting any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets via the appropriate channels.
- Adhering to stringent safety protocols: Pilots are the final authority on their aircraft with respect to all areas of operation, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance.

Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate: Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, Restricted ATP certificate, or eligibility for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.
- Flight Experience: Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time experience, or 1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or an appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- Additional Requirements: 200 hours cross-country flight time, 250 hours fixed-wing PIC, 100 hours of night flying (or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings), 75 hours of instrument time, ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training, 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time, current FAA First-Class Medical certificate, FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit, valid passport for international travel, and authorization to work in the U.S.

Base Salary Range
$69,932 - $95,696
