Position Purpose:
The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of NetJets aircraft, adhering to all FAA regulations, OEM checklists, and NetJets' operational manuals. Beyond technical proficiency, the Pilot delivers an exceptional service experience, acting as a primary point of contact for Owners and passengers throughout their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of aircraft, from taxi to landing, in accordance with all applicable regulations and procedures.
- Pre-flight briefing of Owners and passengers, including itinerary review, weather updates, and safety instructions.
- Provision of in-flight service, including catering and alcohol service (as applicable).
- Proper handling and stowage of passenger baggage and pet accommodations.
- Serving as the final authority on all aspects of aircraft operation and safety compliance.
- Acting as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets throughout the entire travel experience.
- Prompt reporting of any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center.
- Completion of all required documentation related to flight operations and maintenance.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (written examination completed prior to indoctrination). Must meet requirements for an FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating (per 61.160). Consideration will be given to candidates with equivalent experience.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport and unrestricted international travel authorization.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum flight time requirements (details available upon request).

- Ability to secure necessary airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Successful completion of Transportation Security Administration background screening.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and service orientation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Ability to work with animals and handle situations involving smoking passengers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, potentially working up to fourteen hours a day for extended periods and across multiple time zones.
- Adaptability, collaboration, a results-oriented approach, and a strong service ethic are essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range is $69,932 - $95,696. NetJets offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
