Purpose of Position
The Pilot is the embodiment of the NetJets experience. They are entrusted with providing a safe and superior air transportation experience for every Owner and passenger. This role demands not only technical proficiency but also a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM Checklists, NetJets FOM/AOM, and SOPs.
- Provide a welcoming and informative experience for Owners and passengers, including pre-flight greetings, safety briefings, itinerary updates, and weather information.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight service, including catering and beverage service.
- Manage baggage loading and stowage.
- Accommodate the needs of Owners traveling with pets or who smoke.
- Act as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets throughout the entire travel experience.
- Report and document any maintenance discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned, adapting to the dynamic needs of the operation.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
- Meet FAA ATP or Restricted ATP certification requirements, including specific flight hour minimums (refer to detailed listing).
- Possess current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate, FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit, and a valid driver's license.
- Have a valid passport and unrestricted international travel eligibility.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. with unrestricted travel capabilities.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule, including varied hours, days, and holiday availability.
- Possess exceptional time management and adaptability skills.
- Manage personal rest effectively to ensure readiness for flight duties.
- Be prepared for extended duty periods (up to 14 hours/day for up to 8 days) potentially spanning different time zones and weather conditions.
- Be comfortable with travel assignments lasting up to seven or more days, requiring hotel stays.
- Secure required airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Pass TSA background screening.

Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $69,932 - $95,696
