Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft during all phases of flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets FOM/AOM, and SOPs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting Owners/passengers pre-flight, providing flight briefings, weather updates, safety demonstrations, and in-flight service.
- Act as a liaison for Owners/passengers, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless travel experience from arrival at the FBO to departure at their final destination.
- Maintain meticulous records and communicate any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center.
Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum flight hour requirements as per FAA regulations.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Strong service orientation and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Base Salary Range:
$69,932 - $95,696
